Reese Witherspoon arrested and booked in Atlanta for disorderly conduct on Friday night, she shouted at the cops after her husband CAA agent Jim Toth was getting arrested for DUI, telling the cops "You're about to find out who I am."
It all happen in Atlanta early Friday morning. The cops spotted Reese and her husband's car, a silver Ford Fusion weaving in and out of lanes and pulled them over.
When the cops are arguing with her husband, Reese ask the cops "Do you know my name?" and when the police officer said "No, I don't need to know your name.", she answered: "You're about to find out who I am. ... You are going to be on national news."
Reese allegedly demonstrated visual and verbal frustration when the cops began arresting her husband. At one point, she got out of her car and the officer ordered her back inside. When she got out a second time, he arrested her for disorderly conduct, a municipal ordinance.
They were both taken to jail, booked, and released a short time later.
The officer said that Toth told him he only had one drink but failed the Breathalyzer test, alcohol level was .139.
